Rent will be due on the first of each month. We offer many convenient ways to pay your rent.

IS RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED? HOW AND WHERE DO I PURCHASE THE RIGHT COVERAGE?
Capital Property Management requires all tenants to obtain and maintain renter's insurance as outlined in your lease agreement. Please make sure that you are able to provide proof of insurance on or before your move in date.
Insurance will cover what we don't.
* Loss or damage of household goods
* Vehicle Damages or theft
* Damages from fire, smoke, water and electrical
* Minimum liability coverage required $25k
